A peaceful place for stillness...
The Center's Meditation & Contemplation Room is open to everyone for individual meditation, contemplation or simply time for stillness. You are welcome to come to the Center for a few moments of silence before work or in the middle of your busy day. This beautiful and peaceful space is available during all hours the Center is open, except when guided programs or group meditations are scheduled.
Monday & Wednesday - 8am - 8pm
Tuesday & Thursday - 7am - 8pm
Friday - 8am - 3pm
Saturday & Sunday - 8:30am - 5pm
Winter Weather Closing Policy
On the first day of a storm, the Center will have a delayed opening of 10am when the Hamilton County Schools are closed.
This delayed opening can be upgraded to a Center closing should that be required due to the weather conditions.
After the first day of a storm, the Center’s opening time will be determined based on the local weather conditions and not on the Hamilton County School closings.
