The Center's Meditation & Contemplation Room is open to everyone for individual meditation, contemplation or simply time for stillness. You are welcome to come to the Center for a few moments of silence in the middle of your busy day or right after work. This beautiful and peaceful space is available during all hours the Center is open, except when guided programs or group meditations are scheduled.

Alice Smith's voice is one to be heard. Her words evoke feelings of wisdom and truth, of delight and regret, as she writes about coming full circle in life...  She writes of coming of age, and compares her two marriages, showing disappointment without a trace of bitterness. She marvels over the good in life.  Her words bring the reader to despair, then describe hope and the beautiful shining moments of life so clearly it is palpable. "Nothing is ever perfect, yet everything's complete," she writes.        - Ferris Robinson

Alice Smith’s poems are like the roof crashing in or the ground swelling up.
