Thich Nhat Hanh “Peace is Every Step”

In this spring season, join Mindful Monday Walks to cultivate a peaceful presence and reorient slowly to mindful gatherings. This 4-week series on Mondays at 6pm is led by Maggie White and will take place in a different green space around Chattanooga each week.

When practicing mindfulness outdoors, we utilize our senses to observe the present moment and connect to the beauty of nature.
